Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

We provide a software-as-a-service platform. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use and Content Standards

These rules apply to uploads, prompts, character previews, generated skins and edits. You must not create, upload, request or distribute:

• Pornography / NSFW: sexually explicit images, nudity intended for sexual gratification, fetish content or sexual exploitation.
• Violence / gore: graphic injuries, mutilation, torture, extreme bloodshed, or content promoting violence or threats.
• Hate: content that attacks, dehumanizes or promotes hatred or violence against people based on protected characteristics, including hateful symbols and extremist propaganda.
• Child-unsafe content / CSAM: any sexual depiction or exploitation of minors, including fictional, AI-generated or age-ambiguous depictions, grooming or sexualized child characters.
• Deepfakes / impersonation: deceptive or non-consensual depictions of real people, identity impersonation, fraud, or portraying someone as engaging in acts they did not perform. Only upload someone else's likeness with the necessary permission; benign, authorized stylized avatars are allowed.
• Copyright / trademark infringement: content using images, characters, logos or other protected material without the required rights, or falsely implying brand affiliation or endorsement.

You must also comply with applicable law and may not distribute malware, spam, bypass safety restrictions, gain unauthorized access or disrupt the service.

Reporting Violating Content

Report suspected violations to supoort@phototoskin.com with the subject “Content report”. Include the generation ID or page URL, approximate time, category and a brief explanation. For ownership or impersonation complaints, describe your relationship to the affected person or rights holder and provide relevant evidence. Do not send CSAM images or other illegal material; provide identifiers and a written description instead. We use report information to investigate and limit access to those handling the report.

Review, Enforcement and Appeals

Generation is subject to the upstream model services' safety restrictions. These restrictions do not guarantee that every prohibited result is detected. We manually review reports and suspicious content brought to our attention; we do not claim every generation has been manually approved.

When investigating, we may restrict access to the reported result. If a violation is confirmed, we may remove or disable the content, reject further generation requests, warn the account holder, suspend or terminate accounts, and cooperate with competent authorities where required by law. Repeated violations or attempts to evade restrictions may lead to permanent account termination. You may appeal a decision by emailing the same address with the generation ID, account email and explanation; we will review the available evidence and communicate the outcome. This is the published reporting and enforcement process, not a guarantee of automated detection.

Which AI models are used?

Currently active: GPT Image 2.5 generates the front/back character previews in Photo to Skin. A specialized Minecraft skin model then converts these views into a skin atlas, and our software normalizes the final 64×64 Classic PNG. Text to Skin uses a dedicated skin-generation workflow and does not currently use the photo preview model.

Possible future preview model, not currently enabled: Nano Banana Pro (Google Gemini 3 Pro Image). We may introduce it for character previews in the future; its listing here does not mean it processes your current requests. We will update this disclosure when the active models change.

Payment and Billing

Paid features are billed in advance for the selected billing period. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with our refund policy.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
