What is Photo to Skin?

Photo to Skin is an independent Minecraft skin creation website at phototoskin.com. It helps players turn a portrait or a character description into a downloadable skin without drawing the texture from scratch.

What can you create?

• Photo to Skin: upload a JPG, PNG or WebP portrait, optionally describe appearance changes, and generate a character skin.
• Text to Skin: describe hair, clothing, colors and accessories.
• Preview and download: inspect the character in 3D, rotate it, view the front and back, and download a Classic / Steve 64×64 PNG.
• History: signed-in players can revisit their own generated skins.

Classic skins use four-pixel-wide arms. Slim / Alex export is not currently supported. Custom skin importing in Bedrock depends on the device. Refer to Minecraft’s official skin guide and Character Creator FAQ for platform guidance.

How are examples and AI results presented?

The showcase presents reference images, the actual generated front/back views, and interactive previews loaded from the final skin PNGs. References include generated concept artwork and a simulated amateur pencil sketch; they are not customer submissions. Results vary, so inspect your skin before importing it.
